What are the office hours?
Monday-Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Friday-Sunday by appointment.
When can I access my unit?
Access your unit 24/7.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is fully monitored by security cameras 24/7 as well as on-site staff on weekdays.
When can I move in?
You can move in anytime during office hours, or by appointment on the weekends. If you move in mid-month, the first months rent will be prorated.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes, we do sell boxes and basic moving/storage supplies.
Am I required to sign a contract?
We do require tenants to sign a Lease Agreement, however there is no minimum length of stay - you are free to store for as long, or little as needed.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online or in person using a debit or credit card, check or cash. You can also speak to the facility manager about being set up on autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
How much notice is required before I move out?
We require 30 days written notice prior to moving out.
Do you have hand carts for moving heavy objects?
Yes, carts are available, free of charge for our tenants to take advantage of.
