What are the office hours?
Monday-Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM. Friday-Sunday by appointment.
When can I access my unit?
Access your unit 24/7.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is fully monitored by security cameras 24/7 as well as on-site staff on weekdays.
When can I move in?
Move-in's are welcome at any time! Whether you come in during our office hours and speak with our on-site manager, or take advantage of our 24/7 online move in process and come in at your convenience, we've got you covered!
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes, we do sell boxes and basic moving/storage supplies.
Am I required to sign a contract?
We do require tenants to sign a Lease Agreement, however there is no minimum length of stay - you are free to store for as long, or little as needed.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online or in person using a debit, or credit card. You will also have the option at any time to set your account up to autopay your monthly bill via your debit card, credit card, or even direct ACH withdrawals.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
Proof of a valid insurance insurance policy which provides coverage for the items being stored. If the items are not covered under a private policy, we have various small to large insurance options available for purchase depending on your needs. More info can be found on the "Tenant Protection" page regarding this.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
How much notice is required before I move out?
We require 30 days written notice prior to moving out.
Do you have equipment available for moving heavy objects?
Yes, hand carts and dolly's are available, free of charge for our tenants to take advantage of.
